About Facility
Our MRO facility in Al Ain (MRO AA) serves as a comprehensive aviation sustainment centre, delivering depot-level MRO services with an unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards.
The state-of-the-art facility is strategically located on a 1,000,000 m² site within Nibras Aerospace Park, near Al Ain International Airport in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Spanning 140,000 m², the facility is purpose-built to support full-spectrum MRO operations, from inspection to complete overhaul. It features more than 36,500 m² of dedicated hangar space, ranking among the region’s largest for military and civil MRO operations.
Designed with a modular layout for easy future expansion, the site currently features five multi-purpose hangars, more than 30 back shops, and a dedicated climate-controlled paint facility.

Multi-Platform MRO Support
The facility serves as a one-stop MRO hub for over 35 aircraft platforms, supporting UAE and regional rotary and fixed-wing fleets.

Project hangars allow secure isolation of customer aircraft, ensuring compliance with ITAR and country-specific export control regulations.

Scalable Infrastructure
Space supports single-shift MRO workforce of up to 1,000 staff, with an electric load capacity exceeding 100 MW for operational flexibility.

Black Hawk Capabilities
Dedicated Black Hawk depot provides complete nose-to-tail support, including LRUs, blades, transmissions, engines, and sub-systems.

Advanced Testing
Only facility in the region equipped with a dynamic blade test whirl stand, and dedicated transmission test cells for rotary-wing platforms.

Component Mastery
Comprehensive back shop infrastructure with universal test stands that accommodate electromechanical, hydraulic, fuel, and pneumatic systems for various aircraft.
