AMMROC has created a new state-of-the-art campus for Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) in the UAE’s ‘Garden City’ — Al Ain (MRO AA). The facility occupies one square kilometre and is located close to the region’s majestic sand dunes and Al Ain International Airport. It is a dedicated sustainment centre that ensures depot level MRO at the highest quality standards and expands the boundaries of MRO.

  • Compliant with ITAR and country-specific export control regulations with secured and private hangars
  • 1,000+ staff capacity (single shift) and over 100MW electrical connected load for maximum flexibility
  • 400+ staff capacity at the headquarter building
  • Dedicated Black Hawk, nose-to-tail depot (LRUs inclusive of blades and transmissions, engines, and aircraft subsystems)
  • One-of-a-kind facility in the region, equipped with a dynamic blade testing capability to support the rotary aircraft blades, and  augmented with transmission repair capabilities that are sustained with advanced technologies
  • Comprehensive MRO facility with back shop infrastructure
  • Highly-equipped component repair shops with universal test stands for electromechanical, hydraulics, fuel systems, and pneumatic systems that service multiple aircraft types, including rotary and fixed-wing
  • 35+ aircraft platforms capability, both fixed and rotary-wing, for the UAE and regional markets, making it a one-stop support shop and integrated fleet sustainment hub for the region
